The above facility is owned by Ho Dinh Cuong (born in 1990), residing in Quynh Luu district (Nghe An province). To avoid being detected by the authorities, the owner of the facility rented an abandoned mine, surrounded by hills and mountains, with only one road in and out. This is a sparsely populated area, so very few people pay attention.
