Prevent and handle 2 groups of teenagers weaving and swerving, causing injuries to pedestrians
Nghia Dan District Police are struggling to expand and consolidate documents and evidence to strictly handle two groups of subjects carrying weapons and swerving, causing disorder and traffic safety in the area.
In recent times, in order to contribute to ensuring security and order, traffic safety in the area, the Provincial Police leaders have directed Task Force 373 to coordinate with other forces to synchronously deploy professional measures, increase patrols and controls. Thereby, cases of violations by young people have been promptly prevented and strictly handled.Road Traffic Law, especially the act of driving a motorbike without a helmet, weaving, swerving, doing wheelies, revving the engine and carrying weapons, endangering other road users.
Specifically, at around 11:50 p.m. on October 31, Task Force 373 of Nghia Dan District Police received a report that a group of teenagers were driving motorbikes carrying weapons, weaving and swerving on National Highway 48 through Quynh Luu, Nghia Dan districts and Thai Hoa town.
Immediately after that, working group 373 coordinated with the Criminal Investigation Police Team on criminal - economic - drug crimes of the district police and the police of communes in the area to promptly prevent and handle the case.

The seized exhibits included 4 swords, 1 knife, and 7 motorbikes. The police also summoned 25 suspects; of which 20 resided in Thai Hoa town and 5 resided in Nghia Dan district to work. Currently, the Nghia Dan District Police Investigation Agency has detained 7 suspects for disturbing public order; at the same time, they continue to expand and consolidate documents and evidence to strictly handle the suspects according to the law.
Previously, at around 10:00 p.m. on October 29, while performing patrol and security control duties on Ho Chi Minh road in Nghia Son commune, Nghia Dan district, Task Force 373 of Nghia Dan district police in coordination with Nghia Son commune police discovered a group of young people riding motorbikes without helmets, revving their engines, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, causing disruption to security and order. Some of them were carrying dangerous weapons such as pig-stabbing knives, swords, iron rods, etc. and had acts of vandalizing vehicles, causing injuries to passersby. Upon discovering the police force, the group of people quickly fled towards Nhu Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province.

That same night, Task Force 373 coordinated with the Investigation Police Agency of Nghia Dan District Police, Nghia Son Commune Police (Nghia Dan District) and the Police of Bai Tranh and Xuan Binh Communes (Nhu Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province) to quickly conduct verification and investigation. By noon on October 30, the police force had identified 11 related young people residing in Bai Tranh and Xuan Binh Communes and brought them to Nghia Dan District Police Headquarters for questioning. Among them, there were 2 people over 18 years old, 4 people between 16 and 18 years old and 5 people under 16 years old. The seized evidence included 4 motorbikes and scooters, 1 sword, 1 pig-slaughtering knife, 1 sharp knife, 1 iron rod.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghia Dan District Police is continuing to expand and consolidate documents and evidence to strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
