Nghe An: Large amount of food of unknown origin discovered
(Baonghean.vn) - The working group discovered 6 freezers, each containing about 150 kg of food including: pork, beef, spring rolls, ham, sausages... of unknown origin.
Implementing the work plan before, during and after Tet, Hoa Hieu Ward Police (Thai Hoa Town) organized inspections of a number of food businesses in the area.

Conducting an inspection of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue’s facility (in Tan Phu block, Hoa Hieu ward, Thai Hoa town), the working group discovered 6 freezers. Each freezer contained about 150 kg of food including: pork, beef, spring rolls, ham, sausages, etc.
At the time of inspection, Ms. Hue could not present a business license, a certificate of food safety and hygiene, or documents proving the origin of the above foods.

The working group has drawn up a record for handling according to regulations. Currently, the above food has been sealed pending handling according to regulations.
