Nghe An: Approving the task of adjusting and planning the general planning of Tan Ky town

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2294/QD-UBND-XD, approving the task of adjusting the general planning for construction of Tan Ky town.

The objective of the planning adjustment task is to concretize the overall planning for socio-economic development of Tan Ky district; increase land fund to meet the socio-economic development requirements of the district; create an environment for organizations, individuals, and economic sectors to invest in construction; plan the internal traffic system, renovate existing residential areas, and avoid unfeasible planning that will limit people's lives.

Land use planning and solutions for spatial development orientation, urban landscape architecture organization, development of appropriate technical infrastructure system, ensuring synchronization in the overall urban development planning of Tan Ky district as a legal basis for planning construction investment projects and managing construction planning of works and functional areas according to approved planning.

The adjustment and expansion of the general planning for Tan Ky town construction aims to turn Tan Ky town into the political, administrative, economic, cultural, educational, sports and public service center of Tan Ky district.

The decision assigns responsibility to the investor, Tan Ky District People's Committee. The planning consultant is the Central Design and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company. The planning area is 2,254.57 hectares; The research period is from 2016 to 2035.
