(Baonghean.vn) - After the Nghe An - Japan Business Connection Conference held on August 22, Brainworks Asia Co., Ltd. committed to supporting Nghe An in building an electronic information portal on investment promotion in Japanese.

The Nghe An - Japan Business Connection Conference, also known as the 67th EGA Business Conference, held last week in Vinh City was a great success. Immediately afterwards, the Nghe An Investment Promotion and Support Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Brainwork Asia Co., Ltd., the conference organizer, represented by Mr. Kondo Noburo - General Director.
From 2020, Nghe An Investment Promotion and Support Center and Brainworks Asia Co., Ltd. will increase the organization of Nghe An - Japan business connection conferences in Nghe An province with a larger number of businesses from Japan (over 100); cooperate in organizing investment promotion and business connection in Japan for businesses from Nghe An province.
In addition, the two sides will produce documentary films and promotional documents about the locality, culture, people, potential - investment, trade and tourism opportunities of Nghe An province to the Japanese market and enterprises. Brainworks Asia Co., Ltd. will support Nghe An Investment Promotion and Support Center to build an electronic information portal on investment promotion in Japanese.
The MoU also clearly defines the responsibilities of each party as well as the information exchange mechanism to contribute to the effective implementation of cooperation contents.

It is known that in Nghe An province, there are currently 8 projects with foreign direct investment (FDI) from Japan, with a total capital of more than 92 million USD, including the fields of limestone mining, food, garment, component manufacturing, waste treatment, and infrastructure.
Japan is also the largest ODA donor for Nghe An, with a total of 44 projects and a capital of VND5,070 billion. Some typical projects include the Project to Restore and Upgrade the Northern Nghe An Irrigation System, the Project to Support Technical Assistance in Planning for Agricultural Development in Nghe An Province, co-sponsored by JICA, etc.
