Nghe An participates in the 2015 North Central Food Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - From July 23 to July 27, 2015, at Sam Son beach, Ho Xuan Huong street, Sam Son town, Thanh Hoa province, Nghe An province participate in the 2015 North Central Coast Food Festival.
The 2015 North Central Cuisine Festival, organized by the General Department of Tourism in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, is a cultural event in response to the 2015 National Tourism Year in Thanh Hoa with the theme "Connecting world heritages".
Participating in the Food Festival, Nghe An delegation included leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Tourism Promotion Information Center and leaders and staff of Phuong Dong Petroleum Hotel Joint Stock Company.

With a booth size of 36m2, Nghe An focuses on introducing tourist destinations (Uncle Ho's hometown) combined with Nghe An cuisine, Nghe An specialties recognized as Asian records, Vietnamese records such as: eel porridge, eel soup, Nam Dan soy sauce, Doai oranges, Cua Lo squid...); Some culinary specialties are pre-processed (Thanh Chuong pickled vegetables, Nam Dan soy sauce, Do Luong rice paper...) for display and introduction.
In particular, at this Festival, Phuong Dong Petroleum Hotel Company organized the introduction and sale of culinary products made from eel - this is a typical culinary product imbued with the culinary culture of Nghe An.
Participating in the Festival is an opportunity to honor and promote, introduce the tourist destination combined with the culinary culture of Nghe An province to domestic and international tourists, at the same time strengthening the connection to develop tourism in the whole country. Creating opportunities for domestic enterprises to exchange and learn from each other's experiences, improve service quality, increase productivity and labor efficiency./.
