Nghe An participates in Vietnam Book Day in Hanoi
(Baonghean.vn) - After 4 days of organization, from April 17 to 21, the second Vietnam Book Day held at Thong Nhat Park - Hanoi Capital has closed.
This time, Vinh University Publishing House and Nghe An Publishing House actively participated with a joint booth of nearly 400 books, including typical publications about Uncle Ho, about famous cultural figures of Nghe An, textbooks serving teaching and learning at Vinh University and many other books with diverse topics.

Publishers and bookstores introduced, sold books, publications and interacted with readers. This Book Day was successfully organized, leaving a positive cultural mark with the participation of 150 booths belonging to 100 units which are publishers and book distribution companies across the country. There are many rich and diverse book genres such as: children's books, literature books, social culture books, economic books, science and technology books, foreign books, e-books and digital devices...

It was an honor for the Nghe An publishing industry that after the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and the delegation visited the book exhibition booths of Vinh University Publishing House and Nghe An Publishing House. The Deputy Prime Minister stopped for quite a while, chatted happily and encouraged the staff of the two publishing houses to complete their work well.

Vietnam Book Day 2015 has truly become a big festival, attracting many book-loving readers of all ages.
Previously, on February 24, 2014, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 284, taking April 21 every year as Vietnam Book Day.
