On the afternoon of November 13, Nghi Loc District People's Committee issued an urgent notice about locations related to Covid-19 patients. The locations in this notice include:
1. Morning masses and prayers at Xuan Kieu parish church (Nghi Kieu commune, Nghi Loc, Nghe An) from October 30 to November 12.
2. Children's activity ceremony of Bui Chu parish (Hung Trung commune, Hung Nguyen, Nghe An) at around 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. on November 4.
3. Linh Hang Spa (Nghi Dien commune, Nghi Loc) around 3:00-5:00 p.m. on November 5.

4. Binh Chau family sells lemons (Nghi Dien commune, Nghi Loc) from about 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November 9, 2021.
