Nghe An agrees on the policy of accepting civil servants and non-professional workers to work as civil servants at the commune level, which is lacking.
This is one of the contents in the latest Conclusion of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on continuing to improve, supplement, arrange and organize cadres, civil servants and public employees after the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed in principle to accept civil servants in communes and wards that are lacking in cadres and civil servants (compared to the commune-level payroll quota according to the Central's guidance) if they meet the conditions and standards for public service unit officials and non-professional workers (priority is given to cases where the heads of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations are demoted to deputy positions due to the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the period 2023 - 2025 according to Resolution No. 1243/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee if they wish to continue working).
Agree on the policy of arranging, assigning, and accepting public service unit officials to work as civil servants in communes and wards that were previously included in the district-level arrangement and assignment plan, cases where officials were previously civil servants; cases where the list was incomplete or omitted, cases where there was a request for leave according to the regime but were not eligible for leave and now wish to continue to be assigned work.
To implement the above contents, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is assigned to preside over continuing to review, synthesize and submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments on the plan to arrange and assign cadres, civil servants and public employees at the commune level; direct and urge the addition and consolidation of Party Committee members, Standing Committee members of Party Committees, and leaders of departments and offices at the commune level; to be completed before August 31, 2025.
