Initial information indicates that at approximately 9:35 AM on August 10th, a Honda City car (license plate unknown) was traveling from the coal yard intersection towards the old bus station in Vinh City. Upon reaching the area in front of houses number 17, 19, and 21 on Ly Thuong Kiet Street, it overtook and cut in front of a Lexus car, then directly crashed into a parked truck. The strong impact pushed the truck into a Santafe parked behind it. The Lexus, trying to avoid colliding with the Honda City, then crashed into a taxi.
