Attending the Congress was Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4.

Attending and directing the Congress was Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

* On the morning of August 18th,Cua Lo Ward Party CommitteeThe first Party Congress, for the term 2025-2030, was solemnly held. Comrade Le Duc Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, attended and directed the congress.

* Also on August 18th, Comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, and Head of Working Group No. 8 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee - attended and directed the meeting.Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Van Hien Commune, first term, 2025 – 2030.

* On the afternoon of August 18th, the Party Committee of Nam Dan commune solemnly held its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the motto "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". Comrade Bui Dinh Long, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended and delivered a speech guiding the congress.

* On the same day, August 18th,Yen Thanh Commune Party CommitteeThe first Provincial Party Congress, for the term 2025-2030, was held. Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Hoang Phu Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Dinh Ly - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Organization Department; and Nguyen Thi Thom - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

* Comrade Phung Thanh Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended.Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Van An Commune, Nghe An province, first term, 2025 - 2030.

* On the same day, Nghe An province solemnly held a ceremony to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the traditional day of the provincial armed forces and to receive the First Class Order of National Defense. General Phan Van Giang - Member of the Political Bureau, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - sent a congratulatory letter.
