* The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issuedRegulations on the reward systemParty organizations and Party members. The regulations consist of 5 chapters and 15 articles. Accordingly, these regulations stipulate the subjects, standards, forms of commendation and the authority of Party organizations to decide on commendations; they also provide detailed regulations on the commendation process, documentation, and funding, as well as the rights and obligations of individuals and collectives receiving commendations.
