* On the morning of February 19th (the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year of the Horse), amidst the joyful atmosphere of the early spring days, tens of thousands of local people and numerous international tourists gathered.Visiting the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh.

* At noon on February 18th (local time),The special aircraft carrying General Secretary To Lam and his delegation.He arrived at Andrews Air Force Base (USA) to attend the inaugural meeting of the Gaza Peace Council, at the invitation of the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, Founding Chairman of the Gaza Peace Council, from February 18-20, 2026.
