Nghe An: Highlights of April 22nd
The Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Public Security Department held a ceremony to celebrate its 80th anniversary; priority will be given to supporting the poor and near-poor in border, mountainous, and coastal communes; Nghe An announced the list of 23 type II and III urban areas from 2026... * On the afternoon of April 22nd,Criminal Investigation Department of the Provincial PoliceThe ceremony commemorated the 80th anniversary of the Criminal Police Force's traditional day and honored the unit as a Heroic Unit of the People's Armed Forces. Attending the ceremony were leaders from various departments of the Ministry of Public Security and the police forces of various provinces. Representing Nghe An province was Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
*Morning of April 22,Provincial Fundraising Committee for the Poor and ReliefThe meeting was held to review activities in 2025 and the first three months of 2026, and to implement tasks for the coming period. Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province – presided over the meeting.
* On the morning of April 22, the Central Disciplinary Committee held a meeting.Conference for dissemination, understanding, and implementation.The documents and resolutions on the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work were adopted at the Second Conference of the 14th Central Committee of the Party, encompassing the Party Inspection sector. At the Nghe An provincial branch, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, presided over the meeting.
* On the afternoon of April 22nd, the Provincial Farmers' Association and Dong Giao Export Food Joint Stock Company organized an event.signing ceremony of the memorandum of cooperationRegarding the coordination of raw material area development in Nghe An province, the following comrades attended the ceremony: Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
* On the morning of April 22nd, the People's Committee of Nghe An province collaborated with Fauna & Flora International (FFI)Organizing a scientific conference“Conservation of endangered plant species in Vietnam – current status and future”. Comrade Nguyen Van De, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended the event.
* On the morning of April 22nd, at the Military Command of Nghe An province, the Provincial People's Committee organized a ceremony to send off troops for implementation.program "Support for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses"for the children of resistance fighters who were exposed to chemical toxins."
