*SOn the morning of July 25, Nghe An Department of Transport held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Coastal Road Project from Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) to Cua Lo (Nghe An) - the section from the intersection of National Highway 46 to Provincial Road 535 (Km 76+00 - Km 83+500).

The project has a route length of 7.422 km, starting at the intersection with National Highway 46, Nghi Loc district; ending at the intersection with Provincial Road 535, Cua Lo town; designed according to the standards of a level III plain road (TCVN 4054-2005). Total investment is 521 billion VND, of which: Central budget 260.156 billion VND, provincial budget 260.844 billion VND.

Currently, in Hoang Mai town, there are about 5-7 water stations providing domestic water, concentrated in Quynh Loc commune.
