*NOn February 25, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued a decisionallocate 700 tons of ricefor the People's Committees of districts and towns to support people affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.

Each person in a hungry household will receive 15 kg of rice. The district with the largest number of hungry households is Que Phong district, with 2,658 households and more than 12,000 hungry people.

According to the epidemic level assessment announced by the Nghe An Department of Health on February 26, there are only 46 communes, wards and towns in the red zone (level 4, very high risk level) in the province. This number is down more than 120 communes compared to a week ago, when more than 1/3 of the total 460 communes and wards in Nghe An were red zones.
