One of the contents of Plan No. 96 is to disseminate information about the criteria and standards for district and commune-level administrative units, especially regarding the naming of new administrative units after mergers (avoiding mechanical and meaningless naming of new administrative units). Specifically, there will be three temporary rest stops on these routes. For the Nghi Son - Dien Chau section, two temporary rest stops will be installed on either side of the Truong Vinh tunnel connecting Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces.
For the Dien Chau - Bai Vot route, there will be one temporary rest stop located north of the Than Vu tunnel, within the Dien Chau district.
