(Baonghean.vn) - The collective work stoppage at BSE Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. (Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An) has been resolved.

Immediately after the incidentcollective stoppageOn the morning of April 25, at BSE Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd., the authorities promptly arrived to resolve the issue. Participants included representatives of Nghe An Provincial Police, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, the Trade Union of the Southeast Economic Zone, Nghi Loc District People's Committee, Nghi Loc District Police, the Board of Directors of BSE Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd., and representatives of workers and employees.

The meeting recorded the recommendations of workers and laborers. Accordingly, the workers made 9 recommendations, specifically:

1. It is recommended to only take unpaid leave on Saturdays, any additional days off will be paid as severance pay according to labor law; if taking unpaid leave, the company must pay social insurance for the employee.

2. For long-term workers who do not have a Tet bonus in 2024, the company must have a Tet bonus. Suggest having a Lunar New Year gift.

3. Do not transfer 150 workers to the outdoor lawn mowing department.

4. Require full 8 hour pay and no deduction for attendance during the daystrike.

5. If the company closes or unilaterally terminates the labor contract, compensation must be paid according to the Labor Law.

6. Annual leave is used that year, unused leave days can be compensated or paid in cash.

7. Workers request to pay seniority as before (200,000 VND/first year, increase by 50,000 VND/year in the following years, no ceiling of 500,000 VND).

8. Overtime with additional meals.

9. Don't cut toilet paper instead of printing paychecks.

1. The company agrees to take unpaid leave on Saturdays and pay severance pay for the additional days off. Despite the difficulties, the company still participates in social insurance for employees.

2. Bonuses and Tet gifts depend on the company's business situation, and may or may not be available (according to the provisions of the previously signed collective labor agreement).

3. The company agreed to transfer 150 workers assigned to mow the grass and clean up today back to the production department. In May, because there are customers coming, the company wants to mobilize everyone to help clean up around the company.

4. The company agrees to pay full 8-hour wages and not deduct attendance pay on strike days.

5. If the company closes or unilaterally terminates the labor contract, compensation must be paid according to the Labor Law.

6. The company will arrange for employees to take leave in 2023 and 2024 to take all leave in 2024.

7. The company agrees to pay seniority as before (VND 200,000/first year, increased by VND 50,000/year in the following years, no maximum ceiling of VND 500,000).

8. Overtime with additional meals: The company is still supporting 15,000 VND when employees work overtime for 2 hours or more and not more than 4 hours/day, so it does not support in-kind meals for overtime.

9. The company will continue to issue toilet paper and pay electronic payroll (no more paper payroll).

The results of the meeting were announced to all union members and employees at the company on the same day. The majority of employees highly agreed with the answers of the company's leaders.
