* On the morning of October 27th,Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung receives Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa- Founder and Chairman of Pacific Construction Group, Chairman of the Zhuangyan Research Institute - one of China's largest private corporations in the field of transportation infrastructure investment and construction.
