* On the afternoon of August 28th,The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held its regular meeting.August 2024. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assessed the results of the three-year implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU, dated July 2, 2021, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee "on building and developing Thai Hoa town into a central urban area of the Northwest region of Nghe An".

* Also at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee approved the policy of drafting and issuing a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council onSupport policies for officials, civil servants, and public employees., part-time workers and other redundant personnel resulting from the reorganization of district and commune-level administrative units in Nghe An province.

* On the morning of August 28th,Cua Lo town organizes a ceremony to celebrate its 30th anniversary.(August 29, 1994 – August 29, 2024). After 30 years of construction and development, Cua Lo has become a civilized and modern tourist city and one of the three high-growth poles of Nghe An province.
