* On the morning of July 30th,Party Committee of Thanh Vinh WardNghe An province solemnly organized its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term with 250 official delegates in attendance. This Party Committee was selected by Nghe An province to hold a model congress at the grassroots level.
