On July 30, the working delegation of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee led by Comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the situation of irrigation works, natural disaster prevention and control; and damage recovery work due to the impact of storm No. 3 in the communes of Tuong Duong and Huu Khuong.

After inspecting the flood prevention work and irrigation works in the two communes of Tuong Duong and Huu Khuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De acknowledged the efforts, attempts and proactive response to natural disasters of the local authorities. He requested the local authorities of the two communes to mobilize the maximum force of police, military, officers of departments, branches and the people to coordinate in implementing the work of overcoming the consequences of floods. In the immediate future, focus on supporting households to temporarily repair damaged houses, move assets to safe places; mobilize human resources, materials, and provide maximum support to people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, especially ensuring the early restoration of clean water, electricity and disease prevention.
