*Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Document No. 5057/UBND-NN dated July 6, 2022 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development onHandling of violations of the protection scope of irrigation worksin the province

The document requests provincial-level departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to: strengthen inspection, examination, assessment, and handling of violations within the scope of protection of irrigation works in the assigned areas; resolutely and thoroughly handle pending cases in accordance with the law, especially serious violations that affect the safety of irrigation works, causing public outrage.
