At 2:00 p.m. on June 27, the Dien Chau Traffic Police Station, on National Highway 1A, through Dien Truong Commune, when checking a passenger bus with license plate 36L5925 driven by Nguyen Van Hien heading from Vinh to Thanh Hoa, discovered that the bus was carrying 6 sacks of pig skin, weighing 300kg, emitting a foul odor.
