Nghe An: Domestic tax collection drops sharply

Of which, domestic tax revenue minus land use right grant fee is 1,321 billion VND, equal to 30% of the People's Council's estimate, equal to 103% compared to the same period. If in the same period of 2011, land use right revenue reached nearly 2,000 billion VND, now it has only reached 167 billion VND.

The Government has just issued Resolution 13 on a number of solutions to remove difficulties for production and business, support the market, including solutions to extend the payment of value added tax and income tax for a number of enterprises; reduce land rent; exempt business license tax in 2012 for seafood catching households and salt producing households... Thus, implementing this Resolution, the expected revenue this year will be very difficult to achieve compared to the estimate.
