Nghe An: Moving towards the OCOP Program evaluation conference
(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 111/KH-UBND dated March 4 on organizing a conference to review and evaluate the "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) Program for the period 2019-2020, deploying the plan for 2021 and the following years in Nghe An province.
Accordingly, the conference was held to comprehensively and overall evaluate the results and impacts after 2 years of implementing the "One Commune One Product" Program (OCOP program) period 2019-2020. In which, departments and branches focus on evaluating the results achieved, shortcomings, limitations and causes, drawing lessons to better implement the OCOP Program in the coming time.
In addition, propose orientations, viewpoints, goals, tasks, and solutions to implement the OCOP Program for the period 2021-2025 and 2021; widely disseminate the results achieved in the 2 years (2019-2020) of the Program.OCOP, creating consensus and social response to the OCOP Program, promoting propaganda work on the Party's guidelines, mechanisms and policies, the State's policies and laws on implementing the OCOP Program associated with new rural construction...

The conference to review and evaluate the "One Commune One Product" Program for the period 2019-2020 chaired by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in coordination with relevant departments, branches and sectors is scheduled to take place in the second quarter of 2021 in Vinh city, Nghe An province.
At the conference, there will be booths displaying and introducing OCOP products and potential products participating in the OCOP Program.

Relevant departments, branches and sectors, based on their functions and tasks, actively participate in coordinating with the host unit to organize the conference to ensure progress, quality and success.
In this plan, the Provincial People's Committee requires districts, cities and towns to coordinate with the Department of Rural Development and the subjects participating in the OCOP Program to prepare booths to introduce and display OCOP products and potential products at the conference.
