Nghe An organizes provincial excellent student competition for grades 9 and 11 in the 2014-2015 school year
(Baonghean.vn) - This year, Nghe An province had 1,238 9th graders and 2,254 11th graders participating in the provincial excellent student exam for grades 9 and 11.
In grade 9, candidates take 10 subjects, of which Group A has 983 candidates; Group B has 255 candidates. The exam schedule for grade 9 is held in 3 sessions: On the afternoon of March 17, students take the exams in the subjects: Chemistry, History, English, French; On the morning of March 18, students take the exams in the subjects: Literature, Math, Biology; in the afternoon of the same day, students take the exams in the subjects: Physics, Geography and Civic Education. The exam location is at Ha Huy Tap High School.
In grade 11, candidates take 12 subjects, of which Group A has 2,028 candidates; Group B has 226 candidates. The exam schedule for grade 11 takes place in 3 sessions like in grade 9: On the afternoon of March 17, students take the exams in the following subjects: Chemistry, History, English, French; Russian; On the morning of March 18, students take the exams in the following subjects: Physics, Geography, Informatics, Civic Education; in the afternoon of the same day, students take the exams in Literature, Math, Biology.
The exam location for grade 11 will be held at Huynh Thuc Khang High School, while the IT subject will be held at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and Le Viet Thuat High School. According to the plan, the Department of Education and Training will start marking the exam from March 23, and is expected to announce the results on March 27.
