On the morning of January 14th, the Provincial Military Command organized a conference to provide vocational training, career guidance, and job placement advice for non-commissioned officers and soldiers scheduled for discharge in 2025.
Attending the conference were representatives from the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Employment Service Center, the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, vocational training schools in the province, job placement companies, units with demobilized soldiers, and 119 non-commissioned officers and soldiers scheduled for demobilization in 2025.

The career counseling and job placement conference for demobilized non-commissioned officers and soldiers is an activity aimed at helping demobilized military personnel access information from units and businesses. From there, demobilized military personnel can proactively choose vocational training and find employment.jobIt aligns with personal interests and abilities, generating income for oneself and family.
At the conference, demobilized soldiers received advice and guidance on current career trends from leaders of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Employment Service Center, the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, and vocational training institutions in the area; they were also introduced to reputable vocational training schools and preferential, free vocational training programs offered by the State for demobilized soldiers; and job fairs to be held in industrial zones throughout the province.

Representatives from the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Employment Service Center also stated: Currently, the demand for overseas labor export is increasing, and there are many brokerage companies sending workers abroad. Besides companies operating in accordance with the law, there are still many individuals taking advantage of the situation to commit fraud and make illicit money. Demobilized soldiers need to be highly vigilant in choosing reliable agencies, companies, and job placement services.
