On the morning of January 14, the Provincial Military Command held a conference to provide vocational training consultation, career guidance, and job introduction for non-commissioned officers and soldiers discharged in 2025.
Attending the conference were representatives of the provincial Military Command, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Employment Service Center, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, vocational training schools in the province, job placement companies, units with demobilized soldiers and 119 non-commissioned officers and soldiers demobilized in 2025.

The conference on counseling, career guidance, and job introduction for demobilized non-commissioned officers and soldiers is an activity to help demobilized soldiers access information from units and businesses. From there, demobilized soldiers can proactively choose to learn a trade and havejobsuitable for personal interests and abilities, creating income for yourself and your family.
At the conference, demobilized soldiers were consulted and oriented about current career trends by leaders of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Employment Service Center, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone and vocational training facilities in the area; introduced prestigious vocational training schools and preferential, free vocational training programs of the State for demobilized soldiers; job introduction sessions will be held in industrial parks in the province.

Representatives of the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Employment Service Center also stated: Currently, the demand for labor export to foreign countries is increasing, there are many brokerage companies, sending laborers abroad. Besides companies operating in accordance with the law, there are still many subjects taking advantage of the situation to defraud and make illegal money. Demobilized soldiers need to be vigilant in choosing reliable addresses, companies, and job placement units.
