Nghe An: Decision to appoint Deputy Head of Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee was handed over
(Baonghean.vn) - On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong congratulated and placed high expectations on the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Phan Sy Duong.
Attending the decision announcement ceremony on the morning of March 21 were comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, representatives of Party committees, the Inspection Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office, representatives of departments, branches, and the Standing Committee of Nghi Loc District Party Committee. |
According to Decision No. 1053-QD/TU dated March 8, 2017 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer and assignment of members of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Phan Sy Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, now ceases to participate in the Nghi Loc District Party Committee, comes to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, assigned to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong highly appreciated the capacity and sense of responsibility of comrade Phan Sy Duong in his previous positions. In particular, during more than 5 years as Secretary of the Nghi Loc District Party Committee, facing many difficult and complicated situations in the area, comrade Duong always completed his tasks excellently, being a factor ensuring solidarity, gathering, collaboration and unity in the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Nghi Loc District Party Committee.
"The Provincial Party Committee transferred comrade Duong to work in the Internal Affairs Committee to continue promoting his strengths and extremely valuable experience in carrying out his duties in Nghi Loc," comrade Nguyen Van Thong emphasized.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to continue to advise the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee well in leading and directing one of the important areas of work of the province, contributing to ensuring national defense and security in the area.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Phan Sy Duong promised to make efforts, try to quickly approach and complete well the new task entrusted to him by the Provincial Party Committee.
