This plant is called buckwheat because its leaves and petals are triangular when blooming. When the flowers fade, they produce fruit, each fruit has tiny buckwheat seeds the size of mustard seeds, but is very valuable because it has nutritious starch.
According to Mr. Le Sy Dinh - Director of the 19/5 Agricultural Service Cooperative, growing buckwheat is very simple, just need to prepare the soil, sow the seeds and wait for the day of flowering and fruiting to harvest, very little care is required. In addition to using the seeds to process starch for food, buckwheat can also be cooked into soup which is also very good.
