Nghe An: High school graduation rate in 2012 reached 98.9%

(Baonghean.vn)-This afternoon, June 16, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training announced the results of the 2012 high school graduation exam.

Accordingly, the graduation rate in the high school system is 38,775 students passed/39,184 students took the exam (reaching a rate of 98.9%) and the high school supplementary system has 2,843 students passed/3,132 students took the exam (reaching a rate of 90.77%). Of which, the high school system has 639 students with excellent grades, 6,380 students with good grades; the high school supplementary system has 1 student with excellent grades, 89 students with good grades. Compared to other announced provinces and cities, Nghe An has a lower graduation rate.

The school with the lowest graduation rate is Tuong Duong 2 High School 82.78%; followed by Tuong Duong I High School (86.5%). In the High School Supplementary Education system, the lowest rate is Tuong Duong Continuing Education Center 49.35%; Hong Lam Intermediate Technical and Economic Supplementary Education System 64.84%. The private school with the lowest passing rate is Tran Dinh Phong Private High School 90%.
