(Baonghean.vn)- Three people on a motorbike were driving when they suddenly collided with a truck at night. The collision left one person on the motorbike dead on the spot, and three others hospitalized in critical condition.

The accident occurred at around 8:30 p.m. on July 30, on National Highway 46, through Hamlet 13, Thanh Duong Commune, Thanh Chuong District.

At the above time, 3 people were riding a motorbike with license plate 30P4-6281 from Thanh Khai commune to Xuan Tuong commune (Thanh Chuong).

When arriving at hamlet 13, Xuan Tuong commune, the motorbike suddenly crashed straight into a small truck with license plate 37C-121.92 (driver unknown) carrying tea going in the opposite direction.

The head-on collision was quite strong, causing 3 people on the motorbike to fall to the ground, 1 person died on the spot, the other 2 were seriously injured and were taken to the emergency room by local people. 1 assistant of the truck was also hospitalized.

At the scene, the front of the small truck and motorbike were crushed. Immediately after the accident, Thanh Chuong District Police were present at the scene to investigate the cause.
