(Baonghean.vn) - Despite Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, a drinking place on Nguyen Van Cu Street still sold goods to customers and was fined 7.5 million VND.
Through information from the people, the Frog Hotpot restaurant at 27 Nguyen Van Cu, Vinh City was still open for customers to drink on the evening of April 4, and the functional forces of the Truong Thi Ward Police (Vinh City) were promptly present.

Major Le Van Son, Chief of Truong Thi Ward Police, said: At the time of inspection, the restaurant was still selling food and allowing customers to gather and drink right at the restaurant.
The trick the restaurant owner came up with to deal with this was to only open the door a little, and then immediately close it once the customer has entered.
With the above behavior, the authorities have drawn up a record and submitted it to Vinh City People's Committee to issue a decision to fine the restaurant owner 7.5 million VND.
It is known that this is the 4th case in Truong Thi ward to be punished through this inspection.
