On April 25, Nghe An Department of Health issued Official Dispatch No. 1580/SYT-NVY on ensuring medical work during the April 30 and May 1, 2025 holidays to public and non-public medical units in the area.

Organize full 4-level on-call; organize well emergency care, medical examination and treatment, ensure all emergency patients are examined and treated, do not refuse or delay emergency treatment. If the medical facility is not in line or specialized, it is necessary to provide initial emergency treatment and stabilize, fully explain to the patient and the patient's family before transferring to another medical facility.
Ensure food safety and hygiene, prevent food poisoning, drowning, stampedes... warn of accidents at places with high tourist concentrations. Ensure a 24/7 hotline to be ready to direct, coordinate, support, and rescue when necessary.
In case of special developments such as disaster relief, mass accidents, food poisoning... Units need to urgently report to the direct management agency via hotline, and promptly report in writing about special developments for timely resolution./.
