Vietnamese artists in France sing to support people in Central Vietnam
French artists and friends expressed their feelings and hearts towards Vietnam.
Singing to raise funds to support people affected by natural disasters and floods in the Central region of our homeland is the purpose of the program "Motherland of Love" that recently took place at the Vietnamese Cultural Center in France.
The chamber music program "Motherland of Love" has been an initiative of artist Alain Vu Hoang Mi for many years.
This time the program is organized in collaboration with the Vietnamese Cultural Center in France and sponsored by the wife of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to France, Nguyen Thai Hiep Nhi.

Speaking at the opening of the show, Ms. Nguyen Thai Hiep Nhi affirmed the meaning of the program as well as highly appreciated the sentiments of Vietnamese people in France who greatly support our compatriots in the country, following the Vietnamese tradition of "the whole leaves cover the torn leaves".
Many Vietnamese artists from many cities in France enthusiastically came to Paris to voluntarily participate in the program, such as traditional musicians Duyen Thinh and Ho Thuy Trang, soprano Ngoc Anh, tenor Thai Huy, mezzo sopranos Thanh Nguyen and Phuong Ngan.
In the chilly atmosphere of the last days of the year, songs like "Homeland of Childhood", "Homeland", "Floating Water Fern", "Love Song", "Autumn in Hanoi"... bring Vietnamese people and French friends who love Vietnamese culture many emotions and a surge of nostalgia for their homeland.
In particular, director and lead singer Alain Vu Hoang Mi demonstrated his unique soprano voice in the songs "Lullaby", "Song Que Song", and "Spring Market".
