Breathtaking performance of internal energy by beautiful female border soldier

After 1 month of hard training according to the "Martial Arts Training Plan 2018" of the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province, two beautiful female soldiers had an excellent internal energy demonstration with the cheers and applause of their teammates.
The rehearsal performance of the two female soldiers was posted on Facebook and immediately received many likes, shares and compliments from netizens. It is known that the two female soldiers of the Nghe An Border Guard are very young, named Nguyen Thi Ha and Hoang Hoa Mai, both born in 1992.

What is quite special is that these two female soldiers have never practiced martial arts in general and qigong in particular. However, when selected by the Border Guard Command and assigned to practice martial arts with their male teammates, the two beautiful women in green uniforms overcame their initial fears and tried to practice, not missing a single practice session.
The results were beyond the imagination of the “men” and the two soldiers themselves. The 15cm thick, 70kg stone slab placed on the two female soldiers’ compressed stomachs was smashed into many pieces.

After her successful rehearsal, soldier Nguyen Thi Ha shared: “I have never practiced martial arts before, so I have never performed like this before. Therefore, before the performance, both Mai and I were very nervous. However, with the encouragement and support of our teachers and seniors, we tried our best and succeeded. We will definitely be more confident in the next performance.”
