Russian subjects and evidence
According to Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dinh Thong, Nguyen Thi Nga is a subject who has been condemned and criticized by the people for many months now. Nga is the owner of the gang, the main source of the above mentioned tools for the subjects to steal dogs. It is worth mentioning that Nga is both the subject who raises the dog thieves and collects the dogs after each time the subjects go to catch them. From there, Nga brings the dogs to Vinh city and the surrounding areas for consumption.
At the investigation agency, Nga said she could not remember exactly how many dogs she had collected from the subjects, but there were hundreds of dogs that had been sold. The investigation agency also said that over the past time, 21 subjects had "worked for hire" for Nga, committing hundreds of property thefts. In particular, this group of subjects had stolen more than 200 dogs in Nghe An and Ha Tinh.
Nghi Loc District Police have initiated a case and temporarily detained Nguyen Thi Nga on charges of "Receiving stolen property".
The case is currently being further investigated by Nghi Loc District Police.
