Nghi Loc: Training knowledge of Party building organization for 105 cadres

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 12, the Organizing Committee of Nghi Loc District Party Committee coordinated with the District Political Training Center to open a training course on professional work of Party organization and building in 2015.

Overview of the training class

During the 3 days, 105 cadres who are Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee Offices of communes and towns; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party Committees and Party cells of agencies received 5 topics: functions, tasks and assessment, classification of types of grassroots Party organizations; Party member work and management of Party members at the grassroots level; management and assessment of cadres at the grassroots level; Emulation and reward work and implementation of regimes and policies for cadres; process of reviewing, assessing and classifying Party committees, cadres and party members. After 5 topics, the trainees took a test to evaluate the training results.

Through this training program, trainees are equipped with basic knowledge of Party organization and building work, and can apply it effectively in practical work, contributing to building a clean and strong grassroots Party organization.
