Conference overview

After more than 3 months of implementation, the Party Congresses of communes, towns, agencies and affiliated Party cells have been completed. At the units holding the congresses, propaganda work has been focused on, contributing to raising the awareness of cadres, Party members and people about the meaning and importance of the congresses. The most outstanding success is the serious and timely implementation of studying, thoroughly grasping and implementing Directive 36 of the Politburo, documents of higher levels and developing plans and issuing documents directing the grassroots Party Congresses. The drafting of political reports, reports on reviewing Party committees and personnel work procedures has been carefully carried out by Party committees at all levels, ensuring compliance with regulations. The quality of the congresses for the 2015-2020 term is generally better than the previous term, the structure and proportion of female and young Party committee members and the executive committee and standing committee are basically in the right direction.
