Nghi Loc will elect 41 district People's Council delegates

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 23, the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghi Loc district held a conference to guide the content, procedures, and order of introducing candidates for the 19th district People's Council, term 2016-2021.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the content of the first consultation conference on the structure, composition and number of delegates of the 19th District People's Council, term 2016-2021.

Regarding the structure, composition, and number of people introduced as delegates to the 19th Nghi Loc District People's Council, term 2016-2021, 41 people were elected, and the expected number of people introduced was 84 people.

Of which, district-level agencies elected 21 delegates and nominated 42 people; public service units, enterprises, and officials elected 5 delegates and nominated 12 people; communes and towns elected 15 delegates and nominated 30 people.

At the conference, delegates were also instructed on the content, procedures, and order of introducing candidates for the 21st term of the District People's Council, 2016-2021 term; instructions on preparing candidacy documents for the District People's Council; instructions on the process of introducing candidates for the People's Council of communes and towns in hamlets and residential groups...
