Nghia Dan distributes notebooks to disadvantaged students

Nghia Dan district has just distributed notebooks free of charge to students in particularly disadvantaged communes: Nghia Mai, Nghia Tho, Nghia Loi and Nghia Lac. 1,308 students were given 17,600 notebooks according to different grades, grade 1 has 10 notebooks/student, grade 2 and grade 3 are given 13 notebooks/student, grade 4 and grade 5 have 16 notebooks/student with a total value of 88 million VND.
