On the morning of December 21, the inspection team of the Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Bui Dinh Sang - Chief Inspector of the Department of Home Affairs conducted a surprise inspection of the implementation of Directive No. 26/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on strengthening discipline and order in state administrative agencies at all levels in Nghia Dan district.

At Nghia Son commune, the delegation focused on inspecting the assignment, division of tasks and implementation of tasks; office culture; service regime for people at the department receiving and returning results according to the "one-stop" mechanism; assessment and classification of cadres and civil servants...

The general assessment of the unit's compliance with discipline, administrative discipline and office culture is quite serious; officers and civil servants wear badges in full. However, at the time of the inspection at 9:45 am, 5 people were absent from the office, 4 of whom had reasons. Only the accounting and finance officer Nguyen Dinh Thao was absent, but according to the Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Tran Dinh Thang, he did not receive any notice from the officer about where he was going or what he was doing. There is still a situation where some officers do not have name tags and titles to display.

On the other hand, through checking records, meeting minutes and conference briefings, the delegation also pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that the unit needs to overcome.

That is, the monthly meetings of the Commune People's Committee do not have specific and clear conclusions from the chair, and at the same time, after each meeting, there is no written notice of the meeting's conclusions to clarify what has been done, what has not been done, the responsibilities of which organizations and individuals, the implementation time...; thereby creating a basis for inspection and supervision, creating high efficiency in leadership and management of political tasks.

The unit has not yet clearly and specifically assigned tasks to part-time workers in writing; the management mechanism and arrangement of replacements and leavers are not clear and specific;Besides, although the unit has a regulation for leaders to receive citizens once a month, the work schedule is not arranged to receive citizens...

Next, the working group also inspected the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district on the implementation of Directive No. 26/CT-TTg and the acceptance and correction of the results of the previous inspection of the group.

In general, the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district has seriously and fully implemented the contents as required by Directive 26 as well as inspected and urged the implementation of the shortcomings pointed out by the previous inspection team.
