(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of January 8, the Party Committee of Nghia Dan and Ky Son districts held a conference to review Party building work in 2014 and deploy tasks for 2015.

In 2014, Nghia Dan district focused on leading and directing all levels to carry out socio-economic tasks and achieved a number of important tasks. Total production value in 2014 reached over 4 trillion VND, an increase of 15.6% compared to 2013, reaching 99.04% of the plan. Budget revenue in 2014 is estimated at 49,500 million VND/plan 40,060 million VND. Average income reached over 19.3 million VND/person/year; poverty rate is 11.6%/plan 12.4%, culture - society has many improvements, cultural institutions are strengthened, quality of education and training, quality of medical examination and treatment are improved, national defense - security are maintained; National target program on new rural construction is completed on schedule. The work of building the Party and the political system is regularly paid attention to. In 2014, the Party Committee continued to maintain its strong title. The assessment results show that the entire Party Committee currently has 55 grassroots Party organizations, of which 29/51 are strong Party organizations, reaching 56.8%. There are no weak Party cells or Party Committees.

In addition to evaluating the achievements and limitations in 2014, the conference discussed and approved the direction, goals and solutions for implementation in 2015.

On this occasion, Nghia Dan District Party Committee awarded 7 typical "clean and strong" grassroots Party organizations; 17 affiliated Party cells achieved typical clean and strong for 3 consecutive years (2012 - 2014); and presented 58 certificates of merit to Party members who met the standard of "Party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 3 consecutive years (2012 - 2014).

The entire Party Committee has 55 branches, grassroots and affiliated Party Committees, including 194 rural Party Committees belonging to the Party Committees of 21 communes and towns. The total production value reached over 13 billion, an increase of 106% over the same period. The average income per capita reached nearly 14 million VND/year, the poverty rate decreased to 52.79%. The entire district has no white copies of Party Committees, no more joint Party Committees. Notably, up to now, the entire district has not replanted opium poppies, strictly maintained combat readiness, proactively handled situations that occurred, and the military enlistment reached 100% of the plan....
