Nghia Dan: Implementing the collection of household opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution

(Baonghean.vn)- This morning, April 16, Nghia Dan district held a conference to deploy the plan to collect household opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution.

Attending the conference were leaders of local units, chairmen, vice chairmen of People's Councils and chairmen of the Fatherland Front of 25 communes and towns and members of the Steering Committee for amending the District Constitution.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the District People's Council and the Steering Committee for amending the District Constitution deployed plans, provided instructions, assigned directions and provided relevant documents and papers on organizing the collection of household opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution.

The conference stated that giving opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution is a large-scale and truly democratic political activity aimed at promoting the people's right to mastery, creating conditions for people to participate in giving opinions, raising awareness and responsibility of all citizens in giving opinions on the Draft Amendment to the Constitution, implementing the Constitution and laws, contributing to building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam. Organizing the collection of opinions from households through ballots asking for opinions on the Draft Amendment to the Constitution must be conducted democratically, publicly, in accordance with procedures, ensuring progress and quality.
