Nghia Dan: Communication and medical examination for the elderly

(Baonghean.vn)-On September 24, the District Population and Family Planning Center coordinated with the Provincial Population and Family Planning Office to organize communication and consultation to improve knowledge of self-health care for the elderly without insurance cards, poor households, and those without dependents.

Overview of the conference.

On this occasion, more than 200 elderly people in Nghia Tho and Nghia Phu communes received communication and medical examination. Elderly members were advised on health care and given medicine to prevent common diseases such as respiratory diseases: sore throat, chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis; digestive diseases such as indigestion, flatulence, bloating, constipation; diseases of the bone and joint system, high blood pressure and eye diseases. Through that, it helps the elderly live healthy, happy, and useful lives for their families and society.
