Nghia Thai (Tan Ky) reaches the new rural finish line
(Baonghean.vn) - "Focus on income criteria, continue to improve people's lives", that is the opinion of the representative of the Provincial New Rural Office for Nghia Thai commune at the ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting New Rural standards on the morning of March 5.

After 6 years of building new rural areas, the whole commune mobilized more than 234 billion VND in capital, of which people contributed in money, working days and donated land of 27 billion 592 million VND to build traffic works, irrigation works and other welfare works.

With the motto of the state and the people working together, up to now, Nghia Thai commune has built over 11.9km of concrete roads that meet standards; the economy has developed quite comprehensively, bringing the average income per capita to nearly 22.2 million VND/person/year (an increase of 10.7 million VND/person/year compared to 2011); the poverty rate has decreased to 5.08%, the rate of well-off and rich households has increased day by day. The commune has achieved 19 new rural criteria.
Comrade Nguyen Van Hang - Deputy Chief of the Provincial Office for Coordination of New Rural Development, spoke highly of the achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of Nghia Thai commune have achieved. He requested that in the coming time, the commune should improve the quality of criteria, focus on planning for sustainable development, increase people's income, and build an increasingly rich and civilized commune.
