In particular, focus on consulting and collecting opinions on some information such as: Educational level, work unit, position, how many years have you left your hometown, do you often learn and interact with Nghe people far from home to know information about your hometown, what factors help you succeed, how to help Nghe An, evaluate the contributions of successful Nghe people to the country's development in the past 10 years, what is the reason why the contribution of successful Nghe people to their hometown is still small and the reason why Nghe An's development has not achieved as expected...
