Reuters news agency (UK) quoted a reporter accompanying the US Secretary of State saying that Mr. Mike Pompeo arrived in the capital Hanoi today, February 26, ahead of the US-North Korea summit.
On Twitter, Secretary of State Pompeo also announced his schedule to Vietnam.
"On his way to Asia for the summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader in Hanoi," Mr. Pompeo announced.
According to Yonhap news agency (South Korea), Secretary of State Pompeo used his own official plane and did not travel on Air Force One with President Trump.
