Ingredient:
- 250 g shoulder meat (or belly)
- 1 block of tofu
- 1/2 large white radish
- 1 chopped green onion
- 2 chopped shallots.
- Caramel sauce for braised meat.
- Spices: Seasoning powder, salt, pepper, cooking oil.
Making:
