The disabled father and the child without anus

(Baonghean.vn) - When the wedding of Le Van Cuong and Le Thi Thuy took place, everyone in hamlet 4, Tho Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district, Nghe An) was happy, because not only was his family poor, but Cuong was also disabled since childhood. They were happier when their first son was born, but ironically: the baby had no anus, if he wanted to live normally he would need urgent surgery...

Two years ago, about Tho Thanh, the most heard story was the love story of a coastal girl from Dien Hai commune (Dien Chau) with a disabled young man in hamlet 4. Since meeting Cuong, the image of a disabled young man but living with soul and determination made Thuy sympathize and admire. Thuy thought a lot, marrying Cuong, Thuy had to take on the family's work to take care of her husband and raise children, because since childhood Cuong had a scoliosis, his left leg was atrophied, unable to develop. To be able to walk on his own was a process of constant effort: stretching the whole body up, bending the right leg down and almost throwing the left leg up to continue walking... Gradually, when the love deepened, Thuy confessed, but Cuong was self-conscious so he found a way to refuse. Seeing Thuy still insisting on sharing with him the difficulties, joys and sorrows of family life, Cuong could only say with emotion: "Love you, marry you, I will suffer all my life..."

Thuy and her husband take care of their child

Thuy's health was already weak, and her lover was like that, so everyone in her family objected and tried to dissuade her, but Thuy was still single-minded, and in the end, her family had to accept. The simple but cozy wedding took place at the end of 2010 in joy and admiration for the courage of this young couple.

After getting married, the couple was given a small house and 2 fields by their parents. Life was hard and poor, but neither of them were discouraged. The day Thuy announced her pregnancy, Cuong cried because this happiness was too great for him. Waiting anxiously, finally on January 27, 2012, Thuy gave birth. Thuy was in poor health, so the doctor ordered a cesarean section and she was immediately isolated. However, when the grandmother fed Le Dai Nhan milk, he kept vomiting it all up. The doctor examined him and discovered that the baby had no anus, so he was transferred to Nghe An Children's Hospital. Mrs. Ta Thi Hoai - Cuong's mother, cried: I thought that since his father was disabled, God would have mercy and give him obedient, healthy children. Who would have thought...".

To be able to carry out the excretion process, doctors at the Children's Hospital decided to surgically create a small hole in Nhan's right hip. To keep her child clean, Ms. Thuy had to use an adult sanitary napkin, cut a hole and then stick it to the incision. "If you don't do that, dirt will flow out of the wound and easily become infected." The incision was swollen because the bandage had to be changed dozens of times a day. Every time the child went to the toilet, Ms. Hoai, Thuy and Cuong had to work together to help the child go smoothly.

Therefore, Ms. Thuy had to stay at home and not go far, and it took a long time to finish planting 2 sao of rice fields. Feeling sorry for his wife and children, Cuong once went out to the field and waded into the rice field to plant rice, but his left leg was too weak to pull his right leg out of the mud, and his wife hurriedly pulled him up to the shore. "She suffered enough when she married me, and now she's in this situation after giving birth. How long will she continue to suffer?", the eyes of the "pillar of the family" filled with tears.

Hospital doctors advised that Nhan needed timely anal reconstruction surgery. The surgery to create a small hole in his right hip for excretion was only temporary. If it continued, infection could be life-threatening.

With the cost of hundreds of millions of dong, where did Cuong and his wife get it? Cuong is disabled, his wife is sick, and both his parents are poor. Looking at me, Cuong had tears in his eyes: "My husband and I have racked our brains but have no idea what to do. Even if we put this dilapidated house up for sale, no one will buy it. I'm so worried about my grandchild, sister!"
